  2. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing period.

  3. Scope of Service:

    • This subscription is exclusively for advertising optimization services and does not include general business consulting, client support, or other marketing services beyond ad performance adjustments.
    • No 1:1 video calls are included in this Service. All coordination, updates, and support are provided via messaging or chat-based communication only.

  4. No Guaranteed Results: While we implement best practices in ad optimization, this Service does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to lead generation, conversions, or revenue increases. Results are influenced by various external factors, such as industry trends, ad spend, competition, and audience behavior.

  5. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of this Service, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued once a payment has been processed, regardless of the Client’s level of participation, results, or satisfaction.

  6. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing this Service, the Client confirms they understand and accept these terms and conditions.
