We'll chat about how you're getting clients, what's working, what's not, and what you're hoping to change. Then we'll show you what our team actually builds and which options might make sense.

A little practice talk, a little show-and-tell, and plenty of room for your questions.

You'll be chatting with one of our lovely Lazy team members, Jess, Dina or Lauren. They talk with therapists about private practice all day, so they'll know what you mean when you say you're tired of waiting around for referrals and hoping someone fills that Tuesday 2 p.m. opening.  And nope, it's not a group call. Just you and one of our team members.

You know the kind where you say you need to think about it, and suddenly you're having a 20-minute conversation about why you aren't ready to invest in yourself?

Yeah... no thanks.

We'll absolutely talk about our services and pricing if it looks like we can help. But you're welcome to ask questions, take time to think, or decide it's not for you.

There's no pressure to sign up on the call. We're just going to have a good conversation and see if working together makes sense.

We build done-for-you marketing systems to help therapists attract more cash-pay clients, without you having to figure out all the marketing stuff yourself.

And here's the thing... we have different packages depending on what you actually need. Maybe you want the whole setup with a new Squarespace website, copywriting, a funnel, and ads. Or maybe you already have a website you love and just want better messaging, a funnel, and Google or Meta ads. That's totally fine too, you don't have to move to Squarespace to work with us. We even have options without advertising.

If you do choose ads, we set everything up and stick around for 45 days after they go live to test and make adjustments, sometimes longer when we're running a promotion.

Basically, we'll look at what you've already got and figure out what makes sense. No need to pay for a whole new website if that's not what you came here for.

You don't need spreadsheets, analytics, or some impressive five-year plan you put together at 11 p.m.

If you have a rough idea of how many clients you're seeing, how many are cash pay, and what you'd like to change, that's helpful.

Otherwise, grab your venti caramel iced latte and show up. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.

We build full websites exclusively on Squarespace, but if you've already got one you like on another platform, that's completely fine.

We have different packages, including options for landing pages and advertising without rebuilding your whole site.

We'll take a look at what you've got first. No reason to create more work if you don't need to.

Oh, we've definitely heard this one.

Maybe you paid for a beautiful website that your mom compliments every Thanksgiving, but actual clients? Not so much. Or maybe you've tried ads and aren't entirely sure what your money was doing.

Tell us what happened. We'll look at what you've tried, what's worth keeping, and where things might be falling short.

We're not going to automatically suggest starting over just because you've had a rough experience.

Well, the call is free, but our systems aren't. And we're not talking about a $97 course here.

These are done-for-you services, so it's a meaningful investment in your practice.

We have different package options, and we'll walk through pricing, payment choices, what's included, and any separate advertising costs.

You should know exactly what you're paying for before deciding anything. That's pretty reasonable, I'd say.

Because sometimes "done for you" sounds wonderful until you're watching your 19th training video wondering when someone else is going to start doing something.

That's not what we're going for.

Our team handles the building, writing, ad setup, and optimization included in your package. We'll still need information about your practice, feedback, approvals, and for you to respond to potential clients.

We'll go through who handles what on the call, so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

Haha, okay, great question, because "marketing funnel" sounds way more complicated than it is.

Think of it as the path someone takes from finding you online to actually reaching out.

➤ Someone finds your ad or a link to your practice.

➤ They land on a page that speaks directly to what they're going through.

➤ They think, "Oh wow, this person gets it," and take the next step to book a consultation.

That's your funnel. And every one of our packages includes one because getting someone's attention is great, but helping them actually reach out? That's the important part.

Well, for starters, I'm a therapist and I own a group, cash-pay, therapy practice myself. I built The Lazy Therapist specifically for therapists because, umm... marketing a therapy practice isn't exactly the same as selling roofing or protein powder.

We focus on cash-pay practices, offer Google Ads, Meta Ads, or systems without ads, and build everything around what your practice actually needs.

And one thing we're pretty particular about? The words.

Your website shouldn't sound like every other therapist's website with a different headshot slapped on it. We spend a lot of time getting into what your clients are actually thinking and feeling, so they read your page and go, "Holy shit, that's me."

That's the kind of connection we're after.

We only build full websites on Squarespace, but if you already have a site on another platform and have zero interest in moving, that's totally fine.

We have packages that don't require a new website, so you can still get a funnel and, if you want them, advertising.

We'll look at what you've got before deciding what you actually need. No sense rebuilding your house because you need a new front door.

Hmm... I wish I could tell you exactly how many clients will book and when, but nobody can honestly promise that.

What we do is build and work on a marketing system designed to help the right people find your practice and reach out.

We also offer a written performance commitment for eligible advertising clients, with specific conditions and options for additional optimization or eligible ad-spend reimbursement.

We'll walk you through what it covers and what it doesn't. I think those details are pretty important when you're spending your own money.

Then sleep away. It's your business and your money.

Maybe you want to run the numbers, talk with your partner, or just think without someone sitting there, staring at you, waiting for you to say yes or no.

We'll explain the options and what moving forward would look like.

We'd much rather you feel good about your decision than spend the next morning wondering what you just agreed to.

We'll go through your package, agreement, payment details, and what happens once you get started.

Then you'll receive your onboarding information, we'll get to know your practice, and our team will begin working through your project.

You'll have a few things to review and approve along the way, but we'll guide you through the process so you're not staring at a bunch of new logins wondering what to click first.

Maybe you're tired of refreshing Psychology Today, hoping another referral comes through, or wondering when this whole cash-pay practice thing is going to feel a little more predictable.
