The website thelazytherapist.com (hereinafter “Website”) and any content therein is owned and operated by The Lazy Therapist, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “we” “us” “our”). By visiting and using this Website, you (hereinafter “visitor” “you” “your”) confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

REFUND POLICY 

Coach is able to offer a refund on The Lazy Startup Course provided these guidelines are followed: if after 21 days you have implemented all requirements, including copywriting, website build, and Google ads, and used the course to start your private practice, and you are not satisfied with the course, you may be eligible for a full refund. For 1:1 Sessions: if client cancels or does not attend their scheduled 1:1 session, they will not be able to receive a refund, and may reschedule their session subject to availability.

At The Lazy Therapist, we stand behind the work we deliver. Lazy Revamp comes with a 100% money back guarantee. If, within 7 days of receiving your completed Lazy Revamp service, you do not feel you have been given clear steps to move forward and implement, you may request a full refund.

The Lazy Cash Pay Verdict and the Therapy Website Scorecard are diagnostic products and are non refundable once purchased. Because these offers involve immediate access to proprietary methods, intake materials, review capacity, custom analysis, scoring frameworks, and or reserved service time, all sales of these products are final. Client understands and agrees that disagreement with feedback, conclusions, recommendations, or scoring does not create any right to a refund.

All other sales are final and non refundable.

For The Lazy Ads Subscription with ads optimization, this automatically renews every 30 days. Client can cancel at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel promptly and refunds are not given if the client forgets to cancel before the next renewal date.

Should Coach experience an unforeseen event causing her or her team to become unavailable or otherwise unable to complete the Program, Product, Service, diagnostic, review, or report, Client may be entitled to a partial refund on a case by case basis, based upon the portion unable to be delivered. Reasonable, minor changes or modifications do not qualify Client for a refund.

Client further agrees and understands that changing his or her mind, failing to follow through, not understanding the details, not experiencing the results expected or desired, disagreeing with strategic feedback, or experiencing any other similar situation does not entitle Client to a refund.

By agreeing to these terms, Client confirms that a credit or debit card can be charged monthly if applicable to terms of purchase. If any payments are declined or fail, access to any course, membership, product, service, or deliverable may be denied until correction of payment method is put into place.

All payments are to be paid in USD. By purchasing, you are also confirming and agreeing that the purchase was made for you and no one else.

LIFETIME ACCESS 

Clients who purchase The Lazy Startup or The Lazy Client System DIY Edition are granted lifetime access to the purchased program materials. “Lifetime access” means continued access to the digital course content for as long as the program exists and is offered by The Lazy Therapist, LLC. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove outdated materials as necessary, but you will not lose access to the core program you purchased. Lifetime access applies to course content only and does not include live support, coaching calls, diagnostics, report delivery, or one on one services unless otherwise specified.

We may utilize AI powered tools for limited business and service support purposes, including but not limited to correcting spelling and grammar, proofreading, formatting, organizing information, supporting internal analysis, assisting in the preparation of client facing reports, and helping make deliverables clear, clean, and easy to implement. Final deliverables may also include human review, judgment, editing, and strategic input. By purchasing or using our services, you understand and agree that we may use such tools in connection with service delivery.
